specific steps
- After weighing the above raw materials at a certain ratio, put them in a mixer and stir them well.
- Put the well-stirred mixture of the above materials into a crucible and put it into an aluminum crucible.
- Place the aluminum crucible in the firing furnace and fire at 1350-1450℃.
- Pulverize the fired phosphorescent crystals with a jaw crusher
- Adjust the particle size of the pulverized phosphorescent material with a sieve
- Packing is done by a packing machine, but one bag can be 1kg, 5kg, 20kg, etc.
Notes
The phosphorescent material produced by this method has high brightness and is easy to adjust the particle size, but it may be dissolved when used with water-based resin.
Surface treatment is usually applied, but one method is to attach SiO2 to the surface.
